Bio

Taylor joined McCaw and Company as a Realtor in the summer of 2023. She was born and
raised in the Gallatin Valley and graduated from Manhattan Christian High School with honors.
She attended the University of Providence in Great Falls, MT where she studied Business and
Finance. She was repeatedly recognized on the University’s President’s List as an outstanding
student.
Taylor credits her parents for her strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. She developed
an interest in the real estate business observing and learning from her dad, Mike DeVries. She
is looking forward to working with him and all the other professional agents and brokers at
McCaw and Company.
Outside of work, you may find her boating at Hauser Lake, hiking, skiing, or spending time with
family and friends.

Bio

Randy Ungersma joined McCaw, DeVries, Steinhauer&  Company as a Realtor bringing a significant array of talents and experience in the commercial and residential real estate finance and development areas.  He has his roots in the Gallatin Valley being born in Bozeman and graduating from Manhattan Christian High School. Graduating from Dordt University in 1980 with BA in Agri-Business and Business Administration.

Before becoming a Realtor he invested over 35 years with large international banks in Southern California, including Bank of America, Security Pacific Natl Bank, Mitsubishi Unlimited Financial Group, and First Interstate Bank. His expertise and knowledge was developed in managing retail and commercial lending centers, relationship management of Government Banking clients and sales teams, along with coaching and mentoring merger and acquisition bank staff.  Commercial Industry skills include SBA 504 & 7A real estate construction and take out financing, commercial asset based and A/R line financing, residential construction, take out, purchase money, and equity financing.  Government Banking expertise includes managing the Local Government Markets Division clients, coordinating inter-bank partnership transactions for public debt structuring with Underwriting, Bond Council, Remarketing Agent, Custody, and Corporate Trust.

As an active community member, Randy served as treasurer/president of local Rotary and Kiwanis clubs, and a significant number of associate membership involvements in the Government space. In his church life he served as treasurer/president of Adult Fellowship Groups, Marriage Mentoring Coach, Bible Study Fellowship Childrens’ Leader and Supervisor in Bozeman.

Hobbies and interests include personal residential real estate development from dirt to occupancy, plus hunting, fishing, hiking, and exploring large ranch properties.

Bio

Chris Kurowski has been a member of the Bozeman community since he enrolled at Montana State University in 1995, graduating with a degree in Business Management in 1999. Upon graduation he started a custom cabinetry and woodwork business focusing on high-end custom homes. Throughout Southwest Montana—historic downtown Bozeman to the exclusive Yellowstone Club, many of these successful home projects went on to be published in various distinguished books and well known construction journals. Chris learned the value of managing multifaceted and extremely detailed projects—honing skills of precise organization and clear communication.

After more than a decade of work in the construction industry he made a natural transition into a real estate career being a licensed sales person since 2011. Chris brings a wealth of business and construction knowledge to the table after 25 years of working in the Gallatin Valley. Through the years he has been involved in real estate transactions ranging from historic downtown homes, multi-family housing, and income producing commercial property.

When not at work Chris can be found with his wife and kids experiencing as much as possible of what Montana has to offer. Bouncing between boating on lakes and floating on rivers, camping, and skiing.

Bio

Nate joined McCaw & Company as a Realtor in the spring of 2020. He is a Gallatin Valley native and lives just outside of Bozeman in the Amsterdam area. Nate comes with a background of being in the auto industry for over 20 years. He started with washing cars, then moved up to a mechanic position until he joined the sales team. He also comes with a strong agriculture background as he was raised on his family’s farm and had the opportunity to farm on his own for five years.

As an active community member, he can be seen boating at the lake, spectating at rodeos and trying his hand at golf. He loves nothing more than a random road trip through Montana, especially if on his motorcycle.

Nate is excited to be a part of McCaw & Company. With his knowledge of farming, the auto industry, and his home state, Nate brings a great dynamic to the real estate world. He will be there for all your real estate needs including residential, commercial and farm and ranch properties.

A Realtor in Bozeman since 1999 and a Broker since 2001, and now enjoying the 18th year as Founding Partner of McCaw, DeVries, Steinhauer and Company Real Estate, Evan brings a strong mix of business experience, market knowledge, and love of the area to help clients make the best real estate decision for their individual needs.

An Indiana native and 1989 graduate of the Indiana State University’s Aviation Business program, Evan learned the value of precision and attention to detail while working as a flight instructor during college.  While owner of a successful manufacturer’s representative agency in the Midwest throughout most of the 1990’s, he was fortunate to learn what makes a business thrive by working closely with a number of principle owners in a variety of industries.

When searching for the ideal location to raise his family, Evan drew upon his early years spent  flying in the Northwest as a commercial pilot to research the area, seeking a community that not only had an excellent economic base and multiple business opportunities, but also a wealth of outdoor sporting opportunities to enjoy. He found all that and more in Bozeman.

Evan has assisted clients in all facets of real estate transactions from high end luxury homes to sporting properties to large multi-unit commercial developments. With a foundation of honesty and integrity, he strives to make all transactions a positive experience, and is qualified to assist you with all of your real estate transactions.

Eddie Steinhauer, Broker Partner

Eddie Steinhauer has been an active member of the real estate community in Bozeman, MT since 2001. He began his real estate career while working in the construction industry and completing personal transactions. In early 2005 he joined McCaw & Company Real Estate and has proven to be a great asset. Since joining McCaw and Company he has worked with an assortment of clients, each with specific short-term and long-term goals. Currently specializing in residential and commercial real estate in Bozeman and surrounding areas, he has made a name for himself as an experienced agent who gets results.

Eddie’s high level of loyalty and integrity resonates with both buyers and sellers as he approaches each real estate transaction with enthusiasm and understanding. His vast knowledge of Bozeman’s commercial and residential markets and close attention to detail complement his working relationships with clients. After many years in the Bozeman market, Eddie is proud to say that his client base is largely repeat buyers and sellers and their referrals. In 2018 Eddie worked toward and accomplished his goal of earning his Montana real estate brokers license. Bio

Mike DeVries Broker Partner  joined McCaw and Company as a Realtor in 2013 Now Licensed as a Broker specializing in both commercial and residential properties.  Mike brings a wealth of practical experience in commercial real estate development, construction and leasing. 

A Gallatin valley native, Belgrade High School honors graduate, and Harley-Davidson Master of Technology, Mike was formerly a co-owner and service manager at Yellowstone Harley-Davidson.  He has since worked as an independent contractor in the construction of steel  commercial buildings and continues to construct and manage his commercial properties.  

Mike and his wife, Trynity, and their three daughters live in Churchill where Mike serves  as treasurer on the Board of Manhattan Christian School.  He also serves on the Board of his local Homeowner’s Association and the Hauser Lake Home Condo Association.  He enjoys boating, riding motorcycles and spending time with his family.

Alex Russell joined McCaw and Company as a Realtor with a broad range of real estate and business experience as well as formal education. After working for UPS for 14 years, he expanded his horizons and became a commercial and instructor helicopter pilot. In 2012 he received a graduate degree in Public Administration from Montana State in addition to a BS in Accounting from Villanova University in 1991. He brings his experience and attention to detail to each transaction, making client satisfaction his number one priority. With experience in a variety of personal real estate transactions and property types, Alex can assist the client in finding the right solution, including 1031 exchanges, short sales, single family homes, townhouses, condos, property management, land, and horse properties. Alex understands that buying and selling a home can be a stressful process. The client can be sure he will be there to answer questions and concerns during every step of the process. Being an active member of the community is important to Alex. He serves on the Board of Directors of Gallatin Wildlife Association and is a former co-chair of the Board of Directors for Career Transitions, a local workforce development non-profit. His greatest joy is exploring the outdoors of Montana with his son as well as watching him play football, baseball and wresting. When not on call, Alex has a passion for bow hunting elk, fly fishing, canoeing wild rivers, skiing, hockey and wildlife viewing.
